Do you have a HIPAA BAA?

All plans are designed to minimize PHI exposure — we transmit aftercare instructions and analyze healing photos transiently; we don't build a long-term patient medical record. If you have specific compliance questions, reach out and we'll walk you through our data handling.

How does patient consent work?

Your patient signs consent at intake (we provide a template paragraph for your existing forms) and the first ServHive SMS includes clear opt-out language to stay TCPA-compliant. Patients can reply STOP at any time.

Which practice-management software do you integrate with?

Out of the box: GoHighLevel, Zenoti, Mindbody, Boulevard, Aesthetic Record. Any system that can send a webhook on patient status change works. If yours isn't on the list, we'll build the connector free during onboarding.

What happens when the AI flags a photo?
